Studio area:

• Ceiling height: 3.0 metres.
• 2 large windows.
• Parquet flooring.
• 1 large wall unit with full-height compartments for various storage units.
• Blackout curtains.
• Advanced lighting system.
• 1 Mennekes pro electrical wall terminal.
• 1 tool suspension panel (tool requirements, materials to be defined if contracted).
• 1 work surface + 1 stool.
• 1 desk + 1 chair.
• 1 sink (cold/hot water) with 1 settling tank connected to the sink and integrated into the underlying cabinet with bucket for emptying. The settling tank and bucket must be left clean by the artist at the end of the residency. The drip tray can be unscrewed and removed from the unit for washing.
  

The two private areas are connected by a door.

You will be provided with cleaning supplies and products to maintain your spaces yourself throughout your stay(s) (house rules).
